Product Details

This automatic fire sprinkler head is manufactured with precision casting full brass and stainless steel as base material, with high mechanical strength and excellent oxidation resistance compared to cheap alloy sprinklers. The internal water channel is precision polished to reduce flow resistance and guarantee stable K80 flow output consistently.

The temperature sensing core adopts red thermal expansion glass bulb, fixed tightly by 5 compression screws to eliminate loosening risks caused by pipeline vibration or pressure fluctuation. Once ambient temperature rises to the rated threshold, the glass bulb bursts instantly to open the sealing valve and release pressurized water for fire suppression. We supply five common temperature ratings to adapt from ordinary room temperature spaces to high-temperature production workshops.

Thread interface strictly follows NPT imperial standard in 1/2" and 3/4" sizes, widely compatible with global fire pipe fittings, elbows and tees.
